Meet Helena

I’m not here for plans or quick fixes.
I’m here to guide you in building an unshakeable foundation to live, work, move and create from, so you can say goodbye to burnout, body battles, + symptoms, and lead from nourishment instead of override.

I care deeply about how women live.

Not just how they eat, or train, or manage their health, but how they build their days, their work, their relationships, and the way they move through their lives.

Much of what I see in intelligent women today is not a lack of effort, discipline, or knowledge. It is a mismatch between the way they have been taught to live, and what their bodies actually need.

A way of working, training, and nourishing that is built on push, on output, on consistency at all costs, and that often ignores the cyclical, responsive nature of the female body. Growing up inside cultures and systems like diet culture, hustle culture, and wellness culture, to name a few, which encourage depletion, quick fixes and masculine approaches to wellbeing.

The work I do is rooted in shifting that.

In helping women move away from these external conditionings and towards a way of living that supports their nervous system, their biology, and the natural rhythms of their body.

Not only so that their symptoms-energy, periods, digestion, anxiety, relationship to food- improve, but so that they have the capacity to build a life that actually feels good to be inside.

My own path into this work began through performance.

I was a professional athlete as a teenager, moving through a world made for and by men. Later I trained in nutrition and health, spending years studying what I believed were the right ways to take care of the body.

But it was only when I began to understand the role of the nervous system, and the specific needs of the female body, that things truly changed.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of somatic psychology, behaviour, nourishment, and female biology aligned wellbeing and performance.

But beyond my work, I am someone who is deeply interested in how life as a woman can be lived well. Not in survival, not just getting by or muscling through, but thriving.

I write, regularly, as a way of exploring this work and creativity more deeply. I am drawn to spaces, to interiors, to gardens, to the feeling of a home that supports the person living inside it. I cook, often and slowly, not as a task, but as a way of being in relationship with nourishment. I read avidly and love birthing new creations into life in a grounded way. And I will always love movement and sport, mainly yoga, walking and tennis.

I have built my work and my business in a way that allows for depth, creativity, and space, and I care about helping other women do the same.

This work is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning to live in a way that actually supports you, as a woman. And unlearning everything else you’ve picked that opposes that, along the way.
